How to Request Help

To start a return/refund request, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue:

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after approval (timing can vary by bank/payment provider).

Refund Amounts & Payment Processing Fees

Some payment providers (such as PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, etc.) keep their transaction fees and do not return them to merchants. Because these fees aren’t returned to us, the refunded amount may be slightly less than the original purchase total.
  • Processing fees typically range from 3.5%–4.7% depending on the payment method
  • For transactions under $99, a $7.95 per-item processing deduction applies
